The Product Analyst will collaborate with the Product Development, Client Services and Sales to define and document product management and customer requirements into functional specifications that will result in intuitive user interface designs for existing feature enhancements and new functionality implementations. As a member of the product management team, the Product Analyst gathers key data and supports the direction of the product suite; defining and driving projects through to completion. Additionally, the Product analyst will provide technical product support to Ipreo’s Account Management and Sales teams through strong written documentation and product training.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities of Role
• Defining Business Requirements (Familiarity with Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations a plus.)
• Writing Functional Specification
• Managing Client / Product expectations
• Management & Support of Product Lifecycles.
• Provide clients with expert product assistance and troubleshooting of our products & services via telephone and in person.
• Quality Assurance Testing
• Running SQL queries
• Maintaining data feeds into the application.
• Training and Implementation.

Minimum Requirements
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
* Bachelors’ degree in a Business, Information Science, Math, Economics or other degree with strong qualitative focus
